HMG Church was founded in 2021 as a response to the spiritual hunger of the younger generation after the COVID season. Before becoming a church movement, HMG began as a youth community ministry under GSJA Charismata led by Senior Pastor Ps. Yulius Aleng. What started as a gathering of young people passionate for God eventually grew into a Spirit-filled community with a vision to build disciples, raise leaders, and carry revival to this generation.

HMG Church was officially launched in the city of Blitar with a strong focus on developing people and preparing future leaders. During the first year, the ministry concentrated on building healthy spiritual foundations, discipleship culture, leadership development, and community life. In the following year, HMG Church began moving into a season of multiplication expanding Life Groups, raising teams, and reaching more young people through mission, community, and digital ministry.

Today, HMG Church continues to grow as a youth church movement across several cities including Blitar, Tulungagung, Malang, and Bali carrying the vision to build a generation that loves God, lives in community, and walks in the power of the Holy Spirit.
